欢迎来到首都体育学院！为切实做好新学期开学的各项工作，现就新学期开学的学生工作安排通知如下：
1. 在校本科生、研究生：请于9月3日（周日）到各院/部报到，了解新学期课程安排。并于9月4日-9月8日携学生证到留学生公寓111房间毛老师处盖章注册。开始上课日期为9月4日（周一）。
2.本科新生：请于9月3日报到，报到后将参加为期2周的语言学习和1周的入学教育，9月25日（周一）开始上课；
3. 研究生新生：请于9月3日报到，报到后进行为期1周的入学教育，9月11日（周一）开始上课；
4.语言生（含韩国交换生）：请于9月3日携护照到留学生公寓111房间毛老师处报到登记（有学生证的同学请带上学生证），开始上课日期为9月11日（韩国交换生9月4日开始上课）。未交学费、住宿费、保险费的同学请及时上交相关费用。语言生将于9月1日上午进行汉语水平分班考试， 9月2日上午将公布分班考试结果并领取教材。
5.所有的新同学报到时请带上两张照片，电子版照片请发到邮箱zoujiahui@cupes.edu.cn. 校外住宿的同学报到时请带上住宿证明。
6.享受中国政府奖学金的留学生请务必在规定时间内注册。逾期未注册者，将无法按时获得生活费。
7.9月8日上午10：00（周五）对留学生宿舍开展一次安全与卫生大检查。
8.为了确保留学生在首都体育学院学习住宿期间的人身安全，维护学校正常的教学管理秩序，请各位同学遵守中国政府的法律法规和学校的规章制度，不旷课、不吸毒不贩毒、不打架斗殴、不聚众闹事。
请同学们相互转告。如有特殊情况不能按时报到注册，请提前向留学生办公室说明。

Dear all,
Welcome to Capital University of Physical Education and Sports (CUPES). In order to have a good beginning of the new term, please pay attention to:
1.Undergraduates, master and doctoral students except newcomers: Please register at your department to learn about the new term course arrangement on Sep.3rd. Take your student card and register at Room 111 of International Student Apartment between Sep.4th and Sep. 8th. Classes begin on Sep. 4th.
2.Undergraduate newcomers: Please register at Ms. Mao’s office (Room 111 in International Student Residence Hall) on Sep. 3rd, then have Chinese language lessons for two weeks, get enrollment education for 1 week, and start undergraduate lessons on Sep. 25th.
3.Postgraduate newcomers: Please register at Ms. Mao’s office on Sep. 3rd, get enrollment education for 1 week and start postgraduate lessons on Sep. 11th.
4.Language students(including Korean exchange students): Please take your passport and register at Room 111 of International Student Apartment on Sep.3rd with your student card if you have. Classes begin on Sep. 11th (Korean exchange students begin lessons on Sep.4th). Pay the fee for tuition, accommodation, and insurance in time. Chinese language students would have Chinese Language Placement Test on Sep.1st. Test results will be announced and textbooks could be collected on Sep. 2nd.
5. All new comers please take two photos to register and send digital photo to zoujiahui@cupes.edu.cn. Those who live off campus bring your residence certificate for registration.
6. Chinese Government Scholarship students must register within the stipulated time. If not, living expense won’t be granted.
7. A security and sanitation inspection of International Student Apartment will be carried out at 10:00 on Sep.8th.
8. To ensure the personal safety of international students in CUPES and maintain the normal order of the school, please abide by the laws of People’s Republic of China as well as the regulations and rules of CUPES. No absence without leave request, no drug abuse, no fighting and no mobbing.
Those who can’t register in time please inform International Student Office in advance.
