亲爱的同学们：

欢迎来到首都体育学院！为切实做好新学期开学的各项工作，现就新学期开学的学生工作安排通知如下：

1. 本科生、硕士和博士研究生：请于2017年2月26日到各院/部报到，了解新学期课程安排。并于2017年2月27日-3月3日携学生证到留学生公寓111房间毛老师处盖章注册。开始上课日期为2017年2月27日。

2. 语言生、进修生：请于2017年2月27日-3月3日携护照到留学生公寓111房间毛老师处报到登记（有学生证的同学请带上学生证），开始上课日期为2017年3月6日。未交学费、住宿费、保险费的同学请及时上交相关费用。语言生将于3月1日下午14:00在国际教育学院会议室进行汉语水平分班考试。

3. 所有的新同学报到时请带上两张照片，电子版照片请发到邮箱zoujiahui@cupes.edu.cn. 校外住宿的同学报到时请带上住宿证明。

4. 享受中国政府奖学金的留学生请务必在规定时间内注册。逾期未注册者，将无法按时获得生活费。

5. 3月3日上午10：00（周五）对留学生宿舍开展一次安全与卫生大检查。

6. 为了确保留学生在首都体育学院学习住宿期间的人身安全，维护学校正常的教学管理秩序，请各位同学遵守中国政府的法律法规和学校的规章制度，不旷课、不吸毒不贩毒、不打架斗殴、不聚众闹事。

请同学们相互转告。如有特殊情况不能按时报到注册，请提前向留学生办公室说明。

Welcome to Capital University of Physical Education and Sports (CUPES). In order to have a good beginning of the new term, please pay attention to:

1. Undergraduates, master and doctoral students: Please register at your department to learn about the new term course arrangement on Feb.26^th. Take your student card and register at Room 111 of International Student Apartment between Feb.27^th and Mar. 3^rd. Classes begin on Feb.27^th. 

2. Language students, General Scholars: Please take your passport and register at Room 111 of International Student Apartment between Feb.27^th and Mar. 3^rd with your student card if you have. Classes begin on Mar. 6^th. Pay the fee for tuition, accommodation, and insurance in time. Chinese language students would have Chinese Language Placement Test on Mar. 1^st at Meeting Room of School of International Education.

3. All new comers please take two photos to register and send digital photo to zoujiahui@cupes.edu.cn. Those who live off campus bring your residence certificate for registration.

4. Chinese Government Scholarship students must register within the stipulated time. If not, living expense won’t be granted. 

5. A security and sanitation inspection of International Student Apartment will be carried out at 10:00 on Mar. 3^rd.

6. To ensure the personal safety of international students in CUPES and maintain the normal order of the school, please abide by the laws of People’s Republic of China as well as the regulations and rules of CUPES. No absence without leave request, no drug abuse, no fighting and no mobbing.

Those who can’t register in time please inform International Student Office in advance.
