亲爱的同学们：
5月18日（周四）上午，校运动会开幕式，具体安排如下：
1.时间：7:20集合,过时不候。
2.地点：留学生公寓一层大厅。
3.签到：每人可免费领取一件带学校logo的T恤衫一件。同时，还有旗子一面（开幕式结束后，旗子需交回）。
4.服装要求：除了有舞蹈表演的同学之外，请其他参加入场式的同学领到T恤衫后穿上，我们将统一着装。
5.表演要求：请大家走到田径场主席台前时，转体面向主席台，挥舞手中的旗帜示意。卢旺达同学的表演结束后，继续向前行进即可。
Dear all，
The arrangements of the opening ceremony performance of the sports meeting in the morning of May 18th are as follows:
1.Time：7:20 am of May.18（Thursday）.Please be punctual,no waiting time.
2.Place：The hall of International Student Apartment on the first floor.
3.Sign in：Please collect a flag（needs to be returned back after the performance）after sign in.
4.Dress requirements： Since a lot of students does not have their traditional dress, we decide that except the performing students，all other students are to wear the T-shirt with CUPES logo for unified dress.The T-shirts would be provided for free tomorrow morning.
5.Performance requirements：Please turn toward the audience with waving flags when we step in front of the rostrum . When Rwanda students finish their dancing，just keep moving forward.
